Started

What kind of gym is it? Do I need a membership?

It’s a personal training studio NOT a Regular Gym.  You just meet with Mac for your appointment and he will help get you to the goal you want! Your body, and your needs.

You will need to Live the Life you want to create and have another place to exercise when you are not working with Mac. DO NOT WORRY. Mac will give you ideas and examples of places and exercises you should do.  

I have a bad knee. Is that going to keep me from getting results?

No. If fixing your knee with exercise is a possibility and you want to do that. I will show you how and do it with you. If you decide that you just want to work around the bum knee. We can do that too. We would then just select exercises that don’t hurt your knee and work on your other goals.

How much is it?

Sessions are:

$247 per month for 1 x per week

$447 per month for 2 x per week

$647 per month for 3 x per week

What if I am going to be out of town for a week?

You can make up to 2 sessions per month if on Saturdays at 11:30 if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice through text or email. Other clients may be working out with you on those sessions.  

What are the training sessions like?

Everybody’s training session is different and evolving. We will work towards your goals. Many sessions involve doing some

1. Myofascial release on restricted areas of your body. (this is a form of self massage using foam rollers or other mobility tools).

2. We do an exercise to mobilize that area

3.We do a variety of exercises, stretches, cardio exercises (ropes, burpies, ball slams, jumping jacks) strength training, abdominals, posture, balance, power, and sport specific exercises that we create to help you meet your goals.
