The Fall program starts September 6th and runs through November 15th 2018. We will meet Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm. Don’t worry if you can’t make it. It’s recorded and you can watch or listen to it later!
Each week we will have a Thursday evening Conference Call for 30-40 minutes where we will recap the previous week, motivate and go over the next steps for the following week.
I will be available for email support between meetings. (during the program)
You will be doing some light reading, recording various aspects of your life on paper, trying some new things, connecting with some people who also want to learn and grow.
So here’s the deal.
If you commit to this you are going to lose fat, gain energy, and generally feel better by improving the control over hormones in your body.
We all have hormones and they can make us feel great or bad and store fat or burn fat. They can also make you sleep or keep you awake. Leveling the hormonal response while learning about your own personal habits that affect your weight is what will happen during the 10 weeks of this course.
Exercise is not a requirement for this course, but I encourage you to continue exercising at whatever level you currently are. Exercise is also beneficial for hormonal balance, however, and is important. I will provide you with a workout program based on your needs and abilities if we (together) determine that it will be important to work on.
What’s going to happen? What do I expect?
Each week we will Meet on a Zoom call with other members of the course (all you need is a computer or smart phone and a data source, i.e. WiFi). I will lead a discussion.
1) Each week you will be responsible to read a couple of chapters in a great book.
2) Each week you will be responsible for monitoring a behavior and recording it.
3) Thursdays at 5:30 Pacific you will get on a video call. I will lead a discussion. We will talk about our assigned reading. We will discuss our behavior monitoring. Brief, relevant Q and A (based on time).
If you miss or can’t attend, you can watch or listen to a recording of the meeting from anywhere.
You will get an email with the exact information that you need to know for the following week. What chapters to read, what to monitor. We will meet again the following week.
**** This years price will be $500 until filled. You will get to be part of the pilot program***** First come first serve. Once the spots are filled it will be closed. This is the lowest price this program will ever be. Do it this year or wait a year.
