Mind-4-Life Fall 2018

This fall of 2018… Instead of doing the same thing that you’ve always done, take a challenge that will go much deeper, than exercising and trying not to eat gluten or sugar. (which is fine, but you’ll find out why it doesn’t work in this course)
The program is 10-weeks but the benefits last a lifetime!

The Fall program starts September 20th and runs through November 29th 2018. We will meet Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm. No class on Thanksgiving, But we will get you ready for it!
Don’t worry if you can’t make it. It’s recorded and you can watch or listen to it later!
Each week we will have a Thursday evening Conference Call for up to an hour where we will recap the previous week, motivate and go over the next steps for the following week.
I will be available for email support between meetings. (during the program)
You will be doing some light reading, recording various aspects of your life on paper, trying some new things, connecting with some people who also want to learn and grow.
So here’s the deal.
If you commit to this… you are going to lose fat, gain energy, and generally feel better by improving the control over hormones in your body.
Why it works…
We all have hormones and they can make us feel great or bad and store fat or burn fat. They can also make you sleep or keep you awake. Leveling the hormonal response while learning about your own personal habits that affect your weight is what will happen during the 10 weeks of this course.
Exercise is not a requirement for this course, but I encourage you to continue exercising at whatever level you currently are. Exercise is also beneficial for hormonal balance, however, and is important. I will provide you with a workout program based on your needs and abilities if we (together) determine that it will be important to work on.
What’s going to happen? What do I expect?
Each week we will Meet on a Zoom call with other members of the course (all you need is a computer or smart phone and a data source, i.e. WiFi). I will lead a discussion.
1) Each week you will be responsible to read a couple of chapters in a great book.
2) Each week you will be responsible for monitoring a behavior and recording it.
3) Thursdays at 5:30 Pacific you will get on a video call (or you could just do audio). I will lead a discussion. We will talk about our assigned reading. We will discuss our behavior monitoring. Brief, relevant Q and A (based on time).
If you miss or can’t attend, you can watch or listen to a recording of the meeting from anywhere.
You will get an email with the exact information that you need to know for the following week. What chapters to read, what to monitor. We will meet again the following week.
I could easily charge $1,500 for this class because of the amount of change you will experience, It’s proven success, and the amount of individual attention and positive group motivation you get.
But I want to offer it to you at a lower price so more people can afford it. Similar classes go for $1,000 and have no live experts that even teach the class. They are just video’s that you do yourself, and have a facebook group with random people.
With Mind 4 Life Transformation You will get to experience change, grow and talk with others doing the same thing and ask questions during the classes.
But the price has to be high enough to make it compelling to break through the eventual hurdles that you will overcome. If the price was too low, it’s easy to give in and quit when things get tough.
That’s why… This years price will be $500…. It will never be this low again! So if you let this pass you by it will cost more. I am only allowing 10 people to be a part of this class.
