Spring 2019 – From April 4th through June 6th

Mind 4 Life is unlike anything else out there to help you reach your fitness goal or solve your health problem.

It’s different because it focuses on:

These areas of a health/fitness program are often overlooked because they don’t seem as important as working out like a maniac (think Nike or Gatorade commercials).

But they are crucial to your success in health and fitness.

Most people fail because they don’t use the 4 concepts of Mind 4 Life to their advantage. They do the opposite. Causing them to get limited, short lived or non-existent results.

It’s frustrating…. It can even be disheartening. So, stop doing it the wrong way. (It won’t get better if you keep trying the same thing over and over)

The class is 10 weeks and it will start April 4th and run through June 6th 2019.

It’s every Thursday at 5:30pm Pacific time and it will last up to one hour.

We will record it for members of the group so if you do have to miss a session, or you wanted to hear something again, you can still watch and do your work for the week.

How does it work?

The primary concept of this first segment is self-observation. We will be measuring and observing the habits we have that effect hormonal balance and body fat gain.

I will talk about a type of exercise that is beneficial (you can try if you’re ready) and answer questions.

After that I’ll give the group the assignment for the following weeks class. I’ll follow up with instructions in an email after the meeting.

Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the live class every time, there will be a video recording that you can watch about an hour after class ends.

Participants so far have had great results. During the last class 2 people lost 20 lbs. and 25 lbs. respectively. This year’s classes have even more benefits.

The experience will be $499 for the 10 classes. Or 2 installments of $274.
